.Operation procedure for surgical microscope protective cover
1.Remove the microscope protective cover and lens cap.
2.Loosen the brake mechanism of the base, retract the cross arms of each section, tighten the handwheel, and push it to the side of the operating bed.
3.Plug in the power outlet, turn on the power, then turn on the microscope switch, check if the function is normal, and the light is on.
4.Use sterile transparent protective sleeves to wrap the lens and forearm of the microscope, then place the lens cover on the objective lens, tighten it as much as possible to prevent the light source from causing reflection spots on the lens. Next, find two points on either side of the lens cover and hang them with the adjustable straps.
5.Secure the main and auxiliary eyepieces to be used, peel off the adhesive and fix them in place. Fold the unused side up.
6.Secure the fuselage by tightening the two waist strips attached to the mirror cover, and tear off the sticker to fix it properly.
7.Secure the base of the microscope according to the surgical site, tighten the brake of the base after satisfaction, and tighten all the braking wheels.
The operation begins, assist the surgeon to adjust the lens to the functional position, just twist the black button on the transverse arm, the adjustment of the light source should start from the lowest brightness and adjust to an appropriate level; adjust according to the surgeon's pupillary distance and the refractive power of the eyes, and then adjust the objective focal length to the maximum clarity.
The operation is over. The circulating nurse first turns off the microscope switch, then turns off the power supply last, closes the lens cover, puts on the microscope protective cover, and arranges it in place.
